With over 45 great shops, the Quedam Shopping Centre, built in the mid eighties, is situated in the very heart of Yeovil and thought to be one of the most popular shopping venues in the South West. Vincent’s, the garage in Silver Street and the multi-storey car park will be demolished to make way for the £45m scheme, which will be the largest development in Yeovil since the original shopping centre was built.
The busy, bustling town centre is lined with a diverse mix of customary and traditional stores, independent retailers and bright, chromatic street markets which are held twice a week with a farmer’s market once a month.
